Senior Project Manager/Project Manager

Description

Manage the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome for assigned projects. Responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff (lead engineers, foremen, etc).

Responsibilities

• Leads Strategy Conflict Resolution Process with Owners with PD Guidance
• Serves as Owner/Client Interface
• Co-Lead PursuitStrategy with Marketing/Business development
• Assists Oversight of Change Management Process
• Develops project staffing plan
• Oversees successful development and implementation of Project
• Affords to Manage Large, Complex, and/or Multiple Jobs
• Reviews & Approve Project
• Affords to Assist in negotiating and finalizing Owner Contract Agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience
• 15+ years' experience.
• Manage multiple projects $75 million+
• Contracts and Risk Management
• Budgeting experience
• Microsoft Office
• Document control and scheduling software experience
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid & CPR Training and Certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Develop or maintain relationships with clients and team members
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Decision-making/problem-solving skills
• Comfortable public speaking skills

Working Conditions And Physical Efforts

• Adapt to all types of weather conditions and traverse and inspect all areas of a construction site.
• Ability To Physically stand, bend, sit and squat throughout the day.
• Repetitive movments.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds at a time.
