Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project financials by applying budgeting methodologies and financial management systems to monitor and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with business unit objectives.
• Resolve escalated project and program issues by leveraging advanced problem-solving techniques and collaborating with project managers to maintain delivery continuity.
• Drive stakeholder engagement by utilizing communication platforms and customer relationship management tools to ensure high levels of satisfaction and transparent status reporting.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement measures by standardizing methodologies, such as Agile and PMP frameworks, to maximize quality and value across all projects.
• Manage project delivery governance by reviewing deliverables, analyzing team and project performance metrics, and ensuring all commitments meet agreed customer timelines.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities for expansion of service offerings within operational and financial management scopes.

Skill Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in budget and financial management tools such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or MS Excel for project tracking and reporting.
• Excellent command of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Expert ability to analyze project metrics and performance dashboards for decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills using CRM and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities for managing cross-project teams.

Other Requirements

• ITIL certification is optional but valuable.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master) is an advantage.
