Senior Project Manager/ Project Executive
Job Details
Lead multiple mid-size commercial projects ($10M–$20M) simultaneously, or own a single large-scale project ($100M+) end to end
Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on schedule, budget, and quality
Mentor and develop junior and mid-level project management staff
Contribute to office-level strategic planning and business development conversations
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design teams
Champion company standards around safety, quality, and client service
Lead with 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including proven leadership on large or complex projects

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
