About the role
Emplify Health is seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team and make a lasting impact on healthcare delivery. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the charge on mid-to-large-scale projects, masterfully managing various initiatives and navigating their intricacies with confidence.
What you'll do
- Masterfully manage mid-to-large-scale projects, navigating their intricacies with confidence
- Utilize advanced project management concepts and tools to keep projects on track, on budget, and on time
- Develop comprehensive plans, break them down into actionable steps, and drive effective execution
- Continuously assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement adjustments for optimized outcomes
- Guide and empower team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Schedule
Full time, 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/week. Monday-Friday Days. Ability to work on site in La Crosse, WI. Will consider remote options for those who reside in WI, MN, or IA only.
Pay
Starting salary $90,500 and up, based on your years of experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Experience: 4-7 years' experience in project management execution, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of advanced concepts and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Passion for equipping team members with skills and knowledge to succeed
- Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications preferred
