Overview
Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager/Practice Builder to expand their Land Development practice in Los Angeles, California (CA).
Responsibilities

- Maintaining a land development practice profitably

Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
- Able to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
- Able to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
- Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
Pay
Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $260,000
Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation
