Overview
Kimley-Horn is seeking an Environmental Planning leader to join their office in Riverside, California (CA).
Responsibilities
- Create a vision for growth for an environmental planning practice in Riverside and surrounding communities.
- Manage relationships with key clients.
- Support and lead environmental planning projects.
- Lead and mentor planning team members.
- Drive business development and marketing efforts, including proposal writing, scope of work development, and budgeting for proposed work.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Communicate openly with partners and team members.
- Grow and direct an environmental planning practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 15+ years of experience managing environmental projects in Southern California.
- Strong background and experience in CEQA/NEPA.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and managing staff in a positive manner.
Pay
Base Salary Range: $145,000 - $250,000
Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation.
