Risk, Budget & Decision Management

• Own and maintain the integrated project plan
• Establish and manage phase-gate milestones
• Lead the weekly delivery cadence
• Own the program risk register
• Monitor program budget and vendor spend
• Own the steering committee cadence

Governance & Executive Reporting

• Own the program risk register
• Own the steering committee cadence
• Prepare materials for steering committee and board-level reporting
• Coordinate phase-gate approvals with the Executive Sponsor
• Prepare concise Executive Sponsor updates

Cross-Functional Program Leadership

• Establish clear ownership, accountability, timelines, and interdependencies across workstreams
• Facilitate resolution of cross-functional blockers
• Coordinate and manage the cross-functional project team

Delivery & Schedule Management

• Own and maintain the integrated project plan
• Establish and manage phase-gate milestones
• Lead the weekly delivery cadence
• Maintain a single source of truth for program status
• Reconcile the delivery plan against actual engineering and team capacity
• Identify schedule slippage early and drive mitigation plans
• Own the program risk register
• Own the steering committee cadence
• Own the program budget and vendor-spend tracker
• Own the program decision log
• Own the cross-functional action tracker
• Own the release and go-to-market readiness plan
