Senior Project Manager, Operations

The Senior Project Manager, Operations provides project leadership to the cross functional team for the development and implementation of innovative solutions for current and future products, lead new market access projects, lead cost reduction/avoidance projects, and other business process projects. This position manages projects within the Operations team, adhering to PROCEPT BioRobotics’ internal procedures and policies while working cross-functionally with Quality, R&D, Commercial teams, and external resources as required by the project.

This position works closely with, and in compliance to, PROCEPT BioRobotics’ quality management system (QMS) and applicable global regulations.

Qualifications

• BS or MS, preferably a degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 8+ years of medical device manufacturing/operations/quality experience.
• 4+ years project management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Smartsheet).
• Maintain a full portfolio view of all major projects that impact Operations personnel including resource allocation, relative priority, and status.
• Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a small, fast-paced company.
• Able to balance hands-on detailed tasks and project and program management/planning functions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills require conveying advanced information and persuading several diverse stakeholders/audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to use conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications.
• Able to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
