Senior Project Manager - Onsite - Alabama

About the role

The Senior Project Manager - Construction will lead and oversee all project phases, from inception to completion, efficiently allocate and manage resources, monitor and manage project budgets, develop and manage project schedules, and lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all project phases, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.
• Maintain and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial targets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and teamwork to achieve project goals.
• Develop and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
• At least 10 years as a Project Manager with a track record of delivering ground-up projects
• Experience with municipal clients is an advantage
• Ability to effectively utilize modern Construction technology
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across large site teams
• History of building good relationships with field personnel, architects, and engineers
• Desire to manage projects onsite
