Senior Project Manager - Oncology

About the role

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex oncology projects on time and within budget. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and manage execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, IT, and business development
• Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables
• Manage project risks and issues
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in healthcare or biotech
• Experience with oncology-specific projects and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
• Knowledge of oncology industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Skills

• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.) preferred
