Key Responsibilities
- Lead project development, pre-construction planning, and budgeting
- Manage procurement, RFPs, and contract negotiations
- Oversee schedule, cost control, and risk management
- Direct construction execution, QA/QC, and safety compliance
- Cookstakeholders across facilities, academics, and operations
- Ensure timely closeout, turnover, and warranty tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in education/institutional construction leadership
- Proficiency with Primavera P6/MS Project, Procore, and BIM workflows
- Experience with CM-at-Risk and Design-Build delivery methods
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- PMP or CCM certification
- LEED accreditation

Pay
Compensation Range: $143,435.23 - $163,925.98
