Senior Project Manager - Multifamily

Responsibilities

This role will involve leading challenging and diverse commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, collaborating with project teams, and making a meaningful impact on project outcomes and company success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Experience leading project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
• Knowledge of contract administration and project delivery methods
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules
• Experience conducting client meetings and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Knowledge of change order management and cost control procedures
• Ability to coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Ability to travel to project sites as required
• Valid driver's license

Pay

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
