Senior Project Manager - Multi-Family Construction

About the role

We are a Midwest-based general contractor and construction services firm with a reputation for tackling complex projects with creativity, integrity, and precision. Founded in 1976, our portfolio spans multi-family, industrial, hospitality, commercial, and historic renovation work. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for upcoming multi-family work; podium experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-family construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients
• Manage procurement, contract administration, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
• Oversee project financials, including cost tracking and reporting
• Lead project meetings and drive accountability across all project partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up multi-family construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with project management software (Procore, Primavera, or similar)

Pay

Base range from $120k – $150k + bonus
