Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, and to a high standard.
- Schedule, participate in, and conduct project meetings.
- Oversee multiple projects, providing on-site supervision of various personnel.
- Review project documents, plans, specifications, and direct construction activities.
- Resolve construction difficulties and coordinate field installations and project closings.
- Develop and maintain client relationships within project cost, time, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred.
- 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field preferred.
- Completion of, or initiative to enroll in, an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
- High level interpersonal relationship skills, proficiency in communication, organization, and technology/computer proficiency.

Job Description
Mission Critical Experience Required. Scope of Work: The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the management of assigned projects, ensuring successful installation, performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires adherence to quality work standards, projected man-hours, company guidelines, and regulatory compliance. The Project Manager will schedule, participate in, and conduct project meetings, and will report to the Operations Manager while interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.
