About the role
The Senior Project Manager will provide project management support during all phases of HVAC construction to ensure project standards, budget, deadlines and communications are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Safety: Manage Safety Compliance and Foster a Culture of Safety
- Scope: Document Control and Review
- Schedule: Basic Schedule Management and Field Resources
- Procurement: Maintain and Update Equipment Procurement Logs
- Cost Estimation: Collaborate with Suppliers, Vendors, and Subcontractors
- Financial Management: Track and Report Labor Productivity, Monitor Project Financial Status
- Relationship & Sales: Develop, Build & Maintain Relationships, Support Sales Process
Requirements
- Education: Associate’s degree in a technical field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: 8+ years of Construction Project Management experience, 8+ years in the building & construction industry
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and comprehend construction documents, Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles, Strong understanding of business administration and management principles, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Experience with estimating software, Familiarity with accounting/project & labor management systems, Knowledge of computer-aided design software, Experience with project management software, Advanced sales and marketing skills
Qualifications
- Skills: PMP certification a plus, OSHA 30 certification a plus, LEED accreditation/knowledge a plus
