Senior Project Manager (M&E)
£60,000 - £70,000 + training, progression, car allowance, company car, flexitime, and private medical.
About the role
This is a great opportunity to join a leading nationwide Mechanical and Electrical building services company serving the industrial and commercial industries. They design, manufacture, install, and maintain building services. Due to continued growth and new contracts, they are looking for a Contract Manager to lead high-value projects, primarily working on-site at a data centre. You will take full ownership of 1-2 contracts, managing the project lifecycle through to completion, including financial aspects, cross-department collaboration (Design, QS, Procurement), contractor management, and client liaison.
This role would suit a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within Building Services looking to join a company with a steady pipeline of projects and fantastic progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own diary, setting up meetings and appointments
- Oversee subcontractors and liaise with other departments (Design, QS, Procurement)
- Mainly on-site, managing the full contract and project lifecycle
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Ensure financial management of the contract
Requirements
- Contracts Manager or Project Manager experience from a Building Services or M&E background
- Willingness to commute to site in Derry/Londonderry and the office in Newtownabbey
- Experience in contracts, management, scheduling, and procurement
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–2:30 PM
