Senior Project Manager - Luxury Residential Construction
Job Details
- Must have experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager working on luxury single family homes $3M+
- Understand, plan, and review the construction program including plan layout, equipment and manpower needs, budget, and schedule; making sure the project is completed in a timely manner.
- Daily review of projects and compliance with plans using detailed record keeping.
- Maintain detailed and accessible records and follow through on all requests and commitments.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and positive work environment.
- Prepare weekly schedules.
- Scheduling of inspections.
- Approval of work-in-process requests for payment.
- Review of subcontracts, periodic rating of subcontractors, and providing appropriate feedback to trades.
