Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of luxury residential construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
  • Solve issues that arise during construction, utilizing problem-solving skills to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and aligning team members toward shared goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying information to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in scheduling, including developing project timelines and monitoring progress.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as Procore.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
