Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of luxury residential construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Solve issues that arise during construction, utilizing problem-solving skills to keep projects on track.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
- Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and aligning team members toward shared goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex issues.
- Strong communication skills for conveying information to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Expertise in scheduling, including developing project timelines and monitoring progress.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as Procore.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
