Senior Project Manager Lead

Samsung Semiconductor · Austin, TX · 1 mo ago
On-siteProject Management$90k–$152k/yrFull-time

About the role

Embedded within a fast-paced fab environment, the T1 FS Integration Project Manager Lead takes end-to-end ownership of project controls, contractor onboarding, readiness, and communications. The role bridges high-level project scheduling and site installation, ensuring complex tool packages transition seamlessly from design release to construction hook-up. A central focus is maintaining digital governance and asset tracking across platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Assets/Forms) and enterprise scheduling tools. The Integration PM Lead monitors real-time installation velocity, tracks trade headcount and deliverables across process piping, sheet metal, and electrical disciplines, and serves as the first point of contact for materials management—verifying BOQs against design BOMs, identifying long-lead items, and coordinating with internal financial and procurement teams. Beyond milestone tracking, this individual functions as a key project management diplomat across the site, synchronizing daily priorities between design groups, general contractors, expat engineering teams, and executive leadership.
