About the role
The Gainesville, Georgia office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead detailed phases of engineering work for residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Cook up and oversee multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide top-notch customer service and stay responsive.
- Write proposals and estimate project fees.
- Oversee project planning, organization, and execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Ensure quality assurance through QA/QC processes and meet target metrics.
- Engage in marketing, networking, and business development activities.
- Stay updated with industry developments and pursue personal growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in a consulting firm performing site civil design, stormwater design and permitting.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Georgia PE license.
- Demonstrated success in project budget control, project scheduling and adherence, QA/QC, and ability to manage large projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience with municipal code and review, site planning and design, site grading and earthwork, stormwater design and modeling (ICPR preferred), project entitlements (zoning, land use, and permitting).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with standard business hours.
