Senior Project Manager (IT with focus on Finance and High Radius) - Onsite/Hybrid

Job Summary

The HRC Project Manager will assist the Program Manager in deploying High Radius within a medical devices client, focusing on enabling finance credit and collections functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Drive IT projects with a functional understanding of finance processes.
  • Facilitate organizational adaptation with a finance product high radius collection.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Vendors, and End-users regarding project requirements.
  • Create and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources, aligning with company strategy.
  • Manage project milestones to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and scope.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to BD’s project management guidelines.
  • Manage scope changes and coordinate with the Project Owner for further action.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors for project execution.
  • Measure project performance using project management tools.
  • Analyze and report project risks to management.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to PMO members.

Core Competencies, Skills, And Knowledge

  • Program Management Concepts
  • Experience in project management, particularly in finance-related IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and human resources processes.
  • Practical knowledge of PMBOK concepts and principles (agile, work breakdown structure, waterfall planning).
  • Experience driving projects from initiation through closure.
  • Skilled in establishing detailed scope, schedule, resources, and budget using standard project tools (MS Project/SharePoint/etc.).
  • Experience in establishing stakeholder management plans, risk/issue management plans, vendor management plans, and quality plans.
  • Experience in managing scope changes and reporting project schedule/budget performance.
  • Proactive in surfacing risks and issues.
  • Ability to engage project teams and stakeholder communities to resolve issues and define risk mitigations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project management experience using PMBOK guidelines.
  • 5+ years’ experience focused on finance tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Project, SharePoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or project management with 6 years’ experience in a global manufacturing company in FDA regulated environment.
  • ACP, SCRUM Certification, PMP, PgMP, Prince II, or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing large-scale transformation projects.
  • Working knowledge of High Radius Collections.

Benefits

The position offers a total of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options. The role is contract-based and requires US citizenship, Green Card holder, or valid work authorization.
