The Impact You'll Make
Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking an intercompany Senior Project Manager, to support global ERP transformation initiatives, including the One ERP implementation and LEAP 2030 growth strategy. This role will focus on standardizing and improving intercompany processes across a global landscape, bridging business and IT to ensure alignment across systems, data, and operations. This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, improving data quality, and enabling a more digital and customer-centric organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support ERP implementations, acquisitions and footprint projects from a supply chain perspective
- Drive the design and implementation of intercompany business processes across multiple flow types (PO-SO, STO, third-party) aligned with One ERP template
- Ensure successful deployment of new business processes through stakeholder management, change management, communication, training, and adoption activities
- Support end-to-end intercompany processes across setup, order handling, delivery, invoicing, and integration
- Ensure high-quality data migration and validate end-to-end test scenarios
- Cookordination business readiness, testing, cutover, and go-live activities
- Monitor and improve the reliability and performance of intercompany operations
What We're Looking For
- Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within ERP transformation environments
- Expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, production, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment
- Strong expertise in end-to-end intercompany processes and system setup
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with ERP implementations, data migration, and M&A integrations
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EDI
- Experience working in global or multinational environments
