Senior Project Manager, Industrial Water

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to define objectives, schedules, and budgets
• Establish effective communication methods for team and client interactions
• Empower and motivate team members while resolving conflicts
• Develop detailed scopes of work to prevent project overruns
• Create and monitor quality management plans to enhance client trust
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle
• Lead development and implementation of health and safety plans

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing mid-size to large projects
• Proven ability in project planning, risk management, and contract management
• Strong client service skills and relationship building
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or related field

Pay

$117,000 – $191,000 annually
