Senior Project Manager - Industrial - St. Louis

Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Cook with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 8-15+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience with Manufacturing, Cold Storage, Food & Bev, and Distribution Center projects.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on achieving project goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
