Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex projects from initiation to delivery from project definition through completion
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements applicable to nuclear and highly regulated industrial environments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with engineering, operations, finance, and regulatory teams using recognized project management frameworks and language
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Track financial performance and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide clear, concise project reporting to leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of project management experience, preferably in nuclear, energy, chemical, or other highly regulated industrial facilities
- PMP certification required
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycle ownership with assigned budgets
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget development and cost control
- Direct experience working in highly regulated environments
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to converse confidently and professionally with senior project management peers and technical stakeholders

- Must be willing and able to work on-site in Amarillo, TX
- Able to pass a comprehensive background check
- Willingness to travel or relocate as required
