Senior Project Manager - Industrial Construction
About the role
Lead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Cook up coordination with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in industrial construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
