Senior Project Manager - Imaging
About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager - Imaging to join our rapidly growing imaging services team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and further develop your career in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide tactical management, administration, and leadership to Medpace Core Laboratory’s project teams to ensure projects proceed on time and within budget for central imaging, ECG, and/or remote biosensing technology data management.
- Utilize study management tools to track site start-up activities, site performance issues, submission of data, and other key metrics.
- Ensure delivery of Medpace Core Laboratory services to sponsors within expected timelines and budget.
- Conduct ongoing study team meetings and perform scheduling of activities and deliverables in conjunction with clients and internal customers.
- Provide timely notification of deviations from timelines and/or deliverables to all appropriate parties.
- Maintain regular communication with team members, both formal and informal, regarding study status or changes.
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, internal project teams, and external imaging-related vendors on project issues.
- Manage project study teams and directly supervise Project Coordinators and other Project Managers.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant job experience in clinical trials research, or PhD in Biomedical Engineering or Drug Development and 3 years of relevant job experience.
- Knowledge and experience with imaging interpretation and acquisition required.
- Prior experience in a Core Lab preferred.
Pay
A target salary range of $90,000–$150,000 with potential for bonus awards. Compensation will be based on skills and experience.
