Senior Project Manager II, IPCM
About the role
The Senior Project Manager II of Implementation, Projects, & Change Management (IPMC) within Client Shared Services (CSS) delivers projects or programs involving customer implementations, agency projects, internal product rollouts, and core business process changes. You will manage high-complexity initiatives—measured by scale, scope, number of countries, or product intricacy—assigned by the IPCM management team.
Responsibilities
- Utilize established project management tools and processes.
- Plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, and control projects.
- Manage risks and provide visibility to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Consider long-term trends and broad business implications for alternatives.
- Monitor industry best practices and apply problem-solving techniques to high-impact or cross-functional challenges.
- Document administrative processes associated with running programs.
- Analyze program outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Maintain mastery of technology/software related to program operations and drive enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven success leading medium-complexity projects in travel management operations.
- Prior experience in a qualified project management role.
- Good technical skills in GDS (Global Distribution Systems).
- Ability to facilitate and resolve risks, issues, and showstoppers.
- Capacity to concentrate and perform accurately while meeting productivity measures.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Pay
The salary range for candidates in the US is between $97,000 and $112,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
