Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil / Bridge Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal bridge projects from award through closeout
• Oversee project schedule, budget, safety, and quality
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate MPT/traffic control
• Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with NY public‑works and prevailing‑wage contracts
• Handle project financials and change‑order management, including night‑work considerations

Requirements

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience
• 5+ years managing bridge, structural, or transportation projects
• Experience with New York public‑works and prevailing‑wage contracts
• Strong project financial and change‑order management skills
• Experience with subcontractors, MPT/traffic control, and night work
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, Procore, and Excel
• OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• NY PE, PMP, or CCM certification preferred
