Senior Project Manager - Healthcare - St. Louis
About the role
Accountable for leading and executing operational and administrative project activities.
Work effectively with the Superintendent to ensure quality, timeliness, and safety are integrated from project inception to close-out.
Cook up with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and maintain timelines.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, owners, and subcontractors.
Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of GC project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree
- Experience running projects in the Healthcare industry ($20M+)
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
- A detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
- ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) certification preferred
