Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

About the role

The successful candidate will lead and manage projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring adherence to design goals, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project workplans, including staffing, budget, and schedule
• Lead and mentor a team of 3-10 people
• Manage contractual, financial, and cost control responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Interface with clients and lead meetings during the construction administration phase
• Lead the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects
• Prior experience with healthcare facility design
• B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree
• Registered architect preferred (actively pursuing licensure)
• Proficiency in healthcare regulations and codes
• Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation
• Experience reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and revising documents in Revit
• Up to 20% travel expected regionally and nationally

Qualifications

• Proven experience in making your voice heard to fulfill the design goals of the firm
• Strong foundation of technical knowledge and familiarity with both interior and exterior detailing
