Senior Project Manager - Ground Up Public Work

About the role

Lead ground-up public construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Coordinate with field teams to ensure alignment on schedule, safety, and quality
Drive procurement, contract administration, and cost tracking
Ensure compliance with public project requirements and regulations
Report directly to executive leadership (PX level)

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with public project requirements and regulations

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Strong background in Higher Education and/or Public Schools (highly preferred)
• Experience working for a reputable general contractor
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects

Qualifications

• Must NOT currently be operating at a Project Executive level

Pay
