Senior Project Manager (Fixed Term contract-Pharma Agency)
About the role
A fixed-term contract position as a Senior Project Manager is available. Key responsibilities include managing large multi-faceted projects/accounts/campaigns or multiple projects simultaneously, managing a Project Manager and/or an Associate Project Manager and/or team of Project Managers, collaborating with all agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans, forecasting upcoming work and allocating resources, working as a liaison/communications hub between all Agency team members and agency partners, managing effective, efficient workflow of all projects on assigned accounts, developing timelines and advises on estimates, managing projects to remain on time and budget, flagging timing and budget concerns to course correct early on in the process, working with Creative Services Manager to manage and plan creative resources, working with Business Leadership partners to create and manage estimates and budgets, communicating openly and constructively with all departments, providing continuous status updates, taking ownership of and enforcing agency processes by providing meaningful feedback to all teams, analyzing and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency, including systems and/or software recommendations, tactful, yet assertive communication style; able to foster positive relationships with agency teams, providing meaningful performance input for other employees in all departments, maintaining a high-level attention to detail, seeking out additional opportunities to expand experience and cultivate expertise, and performing other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans, forecast upcoming work and allocate resources
- Work as liaison/communications hub between all Agency team members and agency partners who may touch an assigned account/project
- Ensure that proper forecasting is being done for all projects on assigned account(s)
- Manage effective, efficient workflow of all projects on assigned accounts
- Develop timelines and advises on estimates; manages projects to remain on time and budget; flags timing and budget concerns to course correct early on in the process
- Work with Creative Services Manager to manage and plan creative resources
- Work with Business Leadership partners to create and manage estimates and budgets
- Communicate openly and constructively with all departments, providing continuous status updates
- Take ownership of and enforce agency processes by providing meaningful feedback to all teams
- Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, including systems and/or software recommendations

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of project or account management experience, within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency
- Experience with timeline development and budget management
- Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines
