Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cost reporting and control systems
- Track daily production
- Maintain information processed in Heavy Job
- Absorb and manage subcontract process
- Manage subcontract process
- Accurately maintain job budgets and schedules
- Perform other work as assigned
- Manage and direct overall project performance
Requirements
- Experience: 5 + years minimum working as a Senior Project Manager and a minimum of 10 years in the construction industry.
- Education: Degree in either Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Experience with HCSS estimating software, Scheduling software, Quantity takeoffs, Contract Related Items such as Billings, Change Orders, Submittals, etc.
- Strong Customer Relation skills
