Senior Project Manager (ERP/SaaS Implementation)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP and SaaS implementation, migration, enhancement, and integration projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, solution design meetings, and sprint planning sessions.
• Cook up cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and third-party vendors.
• Manage project governance, change requests, and resource planning.
• Ensure successful execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, deployment, and post-production support.
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and project delivery processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience, including ERP or SaaS implementation projects.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst, with progression into Project Management.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle ERP or SaaS implementation projects.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Successful ERP/SaaS implementations delivered on time and within budget
• High customer and stakeholder satisfaction
• Smoother production deployments with minimal issues
• Successful data migration and system integrations
• Strong user adoption and business process improvements
