Senior Project Manager (ERP/SaaS Implementation)

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the implementation of ERP and SaaS solutions for clients across the United States. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of both ERP and SaaS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ERP and SaaS implementations from start to finish
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, and Client Services
• Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and requirements
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services
• Conduct regular status meetings with clients and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP and/or SaaS implementation
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ERP and SaaS systems
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
