About the role
Responsible for overseeing complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of engineering projects
- Develop and manage project plans, including milestones and deliverables
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations
- Manage team resources and allocate tasks effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
Qualifications
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Knowledge of engineering design and construction processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
