Senior Project Manager, Emerging Technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of AI, robotics, and automation projects with substantial financial impact
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects within the Emerging Technologies program
• Develop and maintain a roadmap to balance operational delivery with strategic goals
• Drive the implementation of automation solutions into live environments
• Build detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams for solution practicalities
• Cook up alignment and accountability
• Manage interdependencies between projects, vendors, and operational teams

Qualifications

• PMP Certification in good standing; PgMP or demonstrated program management experience preferred
• 5 years of project management experience, including 3+ years with concurrent projects
• Demonstrated experience in initiatives with executive visibility and steering committee governance
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like engineering, IT, and operations
• Preferred experience with automation, robotics, or AI-driven initiatives
• Exposure to large-scale operational or transformation projects and Lean or Six Sigma practices
