Senior Project Manager Electrical Data Center
Job Summary
Provides overall management in all phases of construction for one or more Data Center electrical projects and develops new business opportunities relative to a particular Client, group of Clients or geographical area.
Manages projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to NEC, company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements.
Qualifications
- 8 or more years’ electrical construction project management experience in all phases of electrical projects $20-$100M including mission critical, ground-up construction, and remodeling.
- Bachelor's Degree engineering or construction management preferred
- Data Center experience is required.
- Hyperscale Data Center experience preferred.
- Valid Electrical License on the Journeyman or Master level strongly preferred.
- Proficient computer, communications (oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed understanding of electrical estimating, budgeting, scheduling and project tracking.
- Detailed understanding of billing and financial reporting.
- Business knowledge of vendors in respective electrical construction industry.
- Proficient in Accubid, Blue Beam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM360, MS Project, P6 and other industry standard software.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check.
