Senior Project Manager - Design Build - St Louis

About the role

Partner with clients from preconstruction phase through closeout.
Manage projects ranging from $2M - $60M+ in value.
Assist estimating team with estimating and change orders.
Assist Senior PM lead project meetings- bid proposals, update meetings, and closeouts.
Delegate tasks and duties as needed to ensure project delivery and deadlines.
Create budgets and schedules based on cost estimates and material overhead.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects ranging from $2M - $60M+ in value.
• Affirm client needs and expectations during project phases.
• Assist estimating team with estimating and change orders.
• Affirm client needs and expectations during project phases.
• Afford support to Senior PM lead project meetings- bid proposals, update meetings, and closeouts.
• Delegate tasks and duties as needed to ensure project delivery and deadlines.
• Create budgets and schedules based on cost estimates and material overhead.
• Travel as necessary to job sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience with a general contractor.
• Prior experience working as a project manager.
• Prior experience handling projects $20M+ in value.
• Client-facing experience is a must.
• Software proficient (ex: procore).
