- Lead discovery sessions with healthcare clients to understand business goals, user needs, and technical requirements.

- Help drive technical decisions by understanding software architecture and engineering tradeoffs.
- Leverage AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and project execution.
- Deliver modern cloud-based software products from concept through production deployment.

Requirements
- 5+ years leading custom software development projects.
- Experience working for a software consultancy, digital agency, product studio, or custom software development firm.
- Strong background delivering web and mobile software applications.
- Experience managing external client relationships throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent product discovery and requirements gathering skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, designers, executives, and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
- Genuine interest in healthcare technology, digital health, or healthcare innovation.
