Senior Project Manager (Custom Software & Healthcare)

• Lead discovery sessions with healthcare clients to understand business goals, user needs, and technical requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading custom software development projects.
• Experience working for a software consultancy, digital agency, product studio, or custom software development firm.
• Strong background delivering web and mobile software applications.
• Experience managing external client relationships throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent product discovery and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, designers, executives, and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Genuine interest in healthcare technology, digital health, or healthcare innovation.
