Senior Project Manager, Creative Services Agency

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead creative projects across a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality. This role combines project leadership, client relationship management, and business growth responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple creative projects across various client accounts
• Develop scopes of work, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and project briefs
• Partner with creative and operational teams to allocate resources effectively
• Monitor project profitability, utilization, schedules, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder updates
• Gain a deep understanding of client business objectives to support project planning
• Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and grow accounts
• Lead cross-functional teams including designers, writers, and quality assurance specialists
• Manage project workflows and team communication
• Mentor junior project management talent
• Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience within a creative, marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and large-scale project portfolios
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scoping, and resource planning capabilities
• Expertise managing integrated creative campaigns and complex workflows
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships while leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, or similar
• Familiarity with creative tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring Project Coordinators or junior Project Managers
• Background supporting enterprise-level or Fortune 500 clients
• Demonstrated success managing both project delivery and account growth initiatives
