Description
The Owner's Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading projects end-to-end, from preconstruction advisory through closeout
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and delivery
- Overseeing budgets, schedules, and project performance using internal tracking tools and dashboards
- Managing and coordinating architects, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
- Providing strategic guidance and owner's representation to protect client interests
- Supporting and mentoring junior project managers and team members
- Contributing to business development efforts and help generate new client opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with all project requirements, standards, and timelines
Profile
The Owner's Senior Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing corporate interior or workplace projects (tech, legal, etc.)
- Strong track record handling projects from preconstruction through completion
- Experience in owner's representation or client-side project management preferred
- Ability to lead teams while independently managing multiple projects
- Demonstrated business development or client relationship skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
