Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex industrial construction projects.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Defining project objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Cooking and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Meting budgetary objectives and making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Managing risks and issues, implementing mitigation measures to minimize project risks.
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Reporting and escalating issues to management as needed.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management (7+ in the construction industry), preferably working on industrial projects.
  • Proven experience managing ground up projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience with process improvement and inventory control.
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Primavera or similar).
