Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex industrial construction projects.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Defining project objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Cooking and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Meting budgetary objectives and making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Managing risks and issues, implementing mitigation measures to minimize project risks.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Reporting and escalating issues to management as needed.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management (7+ in the construction industry), preferably working on industrial projects.
- Proven experience managing ground up projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Experience with process improvement and inventory control.
- Advanced time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Primavera or similar).
