SUMMARY

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Project Manager I and II to lead projects, manage finances, and maintain schedules and budgets. The role requires excellent communication and flexibility, with opportunities at both levels 1 and 2.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise project financial health and develop projections
  • Allocate project estimates, determine cost codes, and approve invoices
  • Create monthly owner billings and manage budget decisions
  • Handle subcontracts, suppliers, and budget management
  • Lead and train project teams, manage career development
  • Communicate with owners and on-site representatives, resolve site concerns, and obtain approvals
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, risk, safety, and compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
  • Current driver’s license
  • Basic understanding of construction law and business practices

Senior Project Manager I

  • Minimum 8 years of construction management or related experience
  • Base pay range: $144,300 Min - $216,500 Max

Senior Project Manager II

  • Minimum 10 years of construction management or related experience
  • Base pay range: $158,900 Min - $238,400 Max
