What You'll Be Trusted To Do
- Lead the company's most complex and high-profile projects from contract through completion, anticipating challenges before they become problems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile or complex client relationships, leading with confidence, transparency, and professionalism.
- Mentor and coach Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, sharing hard-won experience and helping them grow.
- Own project financials - budgets, forecasting, procurement, and profitability - while identifying and solving risks early.
- Strengthen the documentation, Procore usage, and SOPs that keep every project team performing at a high level.
- Help elevate the Operations team as a whole, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement across the department.

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of construction project management experience, with proven success leading complex projects.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability - you've helped other PMs grow, not just managed your own work.
- Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills.
- Luxury residential or commercial construction experience preferred; advanced Procore experience a plus.
