Senior Project Manager- Commercial Roofing

About the role

This is a hands-on Senior Project Manager position for commercial roofing projects in Austin. The role involves managing projects ranging from $2M to $10M, including high-rise work, schools, and public/private projects. The position requires handling complex scopes such as metal panels, wall cladding, and modular systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale commercial roofing projects in Austin
• Work closely with General Contractors (GCs), subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure project timelines are met and budgets are controlled
• Collaborate with solid field superintendents already in place
• Step into a healthy backlog and take ownership of the job

Requirements

• Proven experience managing commercial roofing projects in Austin
• Experience with complex scopes and materials like metal panels, wall cladding, and modular systems
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with GCs, subs, and owners
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools like Procore

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial roofing project management
• Experience with commercial roofing projects in Austin
