Senior Project Manager - Commercial Mechanical Construction

They are currently seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee major commercial mechanical projects, mentor teams, and help drive successful project delivery from kickoff to closeout.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple commercial and mechanical construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Drive client satisfaction and maintain strong working relationships
- Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, and profitability
- Lead and support Project Managers, project teams, and field staff
- Act as the key liaison between job sites, office teams, and field operations leadership
- Monitor schedules, manpower, resources, and overall project performance
- Identify risks, problem-solve quickly, and keep projects moving forward
- Balance multiple priorities while answering emails, putting out fires, and still making it to meetings on time.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial and mechanical construction
- Proven ability to successfully manage large-scale, complex construction projects
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Procore
- Proficiency with Bluebeam
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong financial and operational project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- High level of accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail
Skills
- Experience managing mechanical construction projects including HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, and VDC environments
- Background working within high-performing, team-oriented construction companies
- Experience mentoring Project Managers and developing project teams
Pay
$120,000 - $160,000 annually (DOE) + bonus potential
Schedule
Full-time | Monday - Friday
