About the role
We are partnering with a highly reputable commercial construction firm based in Wilsonville, OR.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex mechanical construction projects from conception to completion
- Manage project teams and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial mechanical construction management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with LEED certification is a plus
